Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements are subject to product availability, inventory status, order confirmation and payment receipt.

Lead times for stock items, non-stock items, customized products or configured systems will be advised separately in the quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

International shipping costs and delivery options depend on the destination, shipment size, shipping method, Incoterms and processing requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import clearance and local compliance requirements.
